Ancestral Karma Prostrations
AKP is a 40 day Sādhana – Spiritual practice
Karma is the energy that underlies all actions. It’s those invisible patterns that play out over and over again despite our conscious desire to do something different.
Ancestral Karma is carried forth through the familial lines, and can be burned up through this particular Tantrik Yoga practice.
This online Immersion is designed to provide a supportive, loving and accountable environment to do this work with more ease and joy.
Whilst it might sound fanciful to us, the yogis discovered that mantra ‘eats’ karma.
That is, with correct focus, intention and attention, the use of specific sounds can impact the energetic body, which then impacts the mental/emotional and physical body.
This Immersion focuses on learning this Ancestral Karma Prostrations Practice, doing it every day with the support of the group and container, and collectively burning through Ancestral Karma.
What You’ll Learn:

- More about yourself and ancestral roots
- You will experience a deeper connection with Mantra and divine beings.
Online Yin classes: W/ Yoga Nidra on the first of every month.
One hour of deep-held asana. These poses are designed to reset the nervous system and release referred patterns of dysfunction in the body. They work best when practised often.
Blankets and blocks are recommended.
The Yoga Nidra is available for donation after the Yin class on the first of the month. Payment is done online at a cost of $15 per student. Yoga Nidra by gift.
What You’ll Learn:
- Yin Poses
- Where your body accumulates the most tension and how to release it.
- You will experience beautiful sleep and new levels of calm.
Naseby: Saturday 9:00/9:30 (Flexi start) – 11:15
Start at 9:00 a.m. for an up-and-go 1/2 hour of vinyasa flow. (Suits more experienced students) Stay for an hour of gentle restorative and gentle Yoga for aged, stressed, injured or fatigued bodies.
Some props are supplied, please bring a mat and a firm blanket. Blocks recommended. Casual students are welcome.
What You’ll Learn:
- First half hour, dynamic and awaken
- In the second part of the class, you will learn to slow down and listen to your body’s needs and how to facilitate gentle opening and strengthening.
Ranfurly: Thursday 6:30pm
This is a 6-week commitment to learn and practice Yoga from the ground up. Classes increase in difficulty as the class develops. All welcome – Prepaid essential $109 (waged)
Some props are supplied, please bring a mat and a firm blanket. Blocks recommended.
What You’ll Learn:
- How to breathe for health and well-being
- How to safely conduct yourself in a class.
- When and where your body needs to be to garner the most from each pace
- How to claim agency in every part of the class so you can work to your needs.
Friday Fasts
Join us in our whats app group for a daily fast. You can tune in to us every Friday (or a day that suits you) and do a fast. This is a great space for those familiar with fasting or those who have done our three-day fast programme (monthly)

3 day Fast Programme
Join us every month to settle into a three-day fast. These happen Fri, Sat and Sunday and are a great way to learn how to fast and why it’s such a valuable practice. We would love to have you join us over and over and have priced the fasts just so.
