April cleanse 2021.

The focus for this cleanse is… focus! What we focus on becomes our reality and in this cleanse we will work together to unearth what we subconsciously focus on and start to bring our focus into healthy alignment with what we want to become.

More, Self-love, Kindness, Discipline, Care, Emotional regulation, Calmness, Clarity…

The list goes on and on as to what you want to become, your thought reality and daily routines eventually become your external reality. I’m very excited to share this journey with you as we shape our lives and find our focus for this year and the rest of our lives.

We will be working with the theme ‘The wolf you feed’, based on the beautiful allegory below about the two wolves that live within each of us.

As always we will use controlled changes in our diet to maximise health and vitality as well as to reflect upon the role food plays in our lives.

What does a cleanse look like?

A cleanse is amazing and transformative, it can also be hard, scary and counterproductive if done incorrectly. That’s why it’s always a great idea to have a guide and community around you. Participants in the cleanse get a comprehensive food plane and you get to CHOOSE your baseline diet, Ive designed it this way to cater to everyone. One baseline has meat, one is vegan and so on. You are in control and I help you work out what baseline is best for your desired outcome. The beauty of this is that you won’t be wasting your time or focusing on the wrong diet or a harmful diet if you are suffering from disease or ailments.

You also get the opportunity to change your baseline to experience deeper levels of cleansing, again I help with that in the client initial consultation call, which usually takes an hour or so. There is also the option to have my mentorship and coaching through the course. This is extremely good if you have an illness and you need extra help and guidance, its also great if you really want to go deep and need an anchor and a guide, alternatively if you need that extra piece of encouragement its a great option.

You become part of a community of people on the cleanse with you and through the journey a bond and fraternity occurs that is always heartwarming. You will be paired with a buddy and this person will be your go-to throughout the cleanse, together you will have each others back.

Participants get a workbook and weekly allocated tasks. These are all designed to make the experience deeper and easier to track and stay on track with the programme. We meet twice a week for a workshop and a community call. The workshop is always a deep dive into a beautiful practice and enquiry, this is where you learn tools for transformation. The community call is a safe sharing circle environment that allows the participants to open up and share what the process of cleansing is doing for them. This is a really moving and wonderful experience.

The cleanse is a chance to be brave and to show up for yourself. It’s about self-love, self-worth and self-care. Its also about having fun and creating the connection to life and others.

The total course takes 4 weeks and is delivered in April or October. We cleanse in these transition months as a way of aligning our mindset, habit and gut microbiome adjusted for the upcoming extremes of Summer or winter. So if you are in Spring you will be leaving behind the heated foods of winter and starting to activate microbiome that can digest raw foods. Also by eliminating foods like sugar the gut has a chance to build healthy bacteria. This improves everything! Some foods just are not good for some bodies in hotter or cooler months. For example, I recommend that everyone eliminates dairy in winter and many people have reported back that they have solved congestion issues and can return to eating dairy in Summer.

Cleansing is great and it’s so much better doing it with a team. It’s also safer. Cleansing can cause a healing crisis in the body or mind and you need to know hoe to circumnavigate that and what to do it happens. This is what I do and I love it. This is my life and I want you to experience how amazing and transformative it can be to make changes and receive help to do so.

For those of you that don’t know me, I’m Anneliese and I’m fun, deeply engaged with my work as a practice and an offering. I care a great deal about everyone and this is the mood of the whole cleanse I’ve created. As a friend put. “Its not 5:8, skinny yoga pants, it’s not the idea of perfection, it’s raw, it’s honest and it’s caring, and that’s because of who you are.” I think it sums it up, yet I’d add that I see this course as very content-rich and participants will learn a lot.
