Can you feel it?

Inspiration

My dear teacher said to me yesterday that sensation should not be isolated. Sensation in Asana should be felt as a whole.

I thought this was brilliant!  When sensation is isolated it is usually in a joint and as we know, pain in the joint is bad mmmk.  In a stretch I find by allowing my body to be moved by breath the opening  and sensation is quiet a holistic experience.
