We are so excited to be running this cleanse around the theme of Returning to Essence. The cleaner our body, the more open we become to freedom of movement, thought and energy. In this amazing body heart-mind and spirit-focused cleanse we will be making major enquiries into the state of our nervous systems (our energetic body) and will discover how we can soothe ourselves into a coherent state which is receptive to higher frequencies and deeper states of awareness. We will use movement as a way to open, clear and flush the body of residue in the digestive system.

If you don’t know me already I’m Anneliese and I adore this journey and I love taking it with new and interesting people like you. I’m a teacher and a truth seeker. I have created this wonderful course because I wanted to get happier and healthier myself and now I want that for you… I really really do.

It’s my wish to make this accessible to the busy lifestyles we lead whilst encouraging the slowing of pace that makes life easier to absorb and priorities clear. This cleanse will become your focus in the month of October, and it will also give you the space to meet all your social, work, family and personal needs, sometimes from a desperately needed different perspective.
Course content: Weighted to the beginning of the course, allow time before the cleanse starts to get familiar with that. Once you sign up all the material is available, then it is read, clear out old foods, think about what kind of diet you want and start making preparations.
One-on-one consultation: When you have an idea of the Bassline diest you want to adopt and how you want to work through October. I work with you to start in the best way possible.
Morning sessions: We have a sweet 45-minute morning practice during the week. Here we have 15 minutes to ourselves and 30 minutes of guided movement. This is one of the richest parts of the cleanse in the way it sets you up for your day with care, and creates focus.
Community call: On Sundays throughout the cleanse we meet for a zoom call. This again is a highlight as we share the journey and offer reflections into a container of caring individuals.
Adjusting your diet can be easy and food prep can actually get easier as your diet gets more simple. The ideas and inspirations we share through the cleanse can and often do have long-lasting effects on family life and how you eat as a family.

All returning cleanse members pay $330 for the rest of their lives. Yup, once you’ve done this course with me you are able to turn up for this nominal fee as long as I do these wonderful programmes. Dana is the gift portion of the fee. The base fee covers all the costs of bringing you this programme and Dana is what you pay to me for me. It is an ancient and progressive way of looking at money, reciprocity, how we honour each other and how we can make our life’s work accessible to all.
