This class focuses on developing a resilient, balanced body by working with alignment, breath, and controlled movement. Rather than forcing change, Pilates retrains underlying movement patterns so the body can move with more efficiency, ease, and longevity.
Held in Kohimarama, this class offers a supportive, welcoming environment where you can show up consistently, be guided with care, and build a sustainable relationship with your body.
Pilates works from the inside out. With correct technique, attention, and repetition, it strengthens the deep stabilising muscles, improves posture, and supports joint health—creating positive change that carries into daily life.

The April Cleanse is a supportive immersion designed to help you clear old habits, reconnect with your body, and establish a way of eating that genuinely supports your health and vitality.
Course content is weighted toward the beginning. Once you sign up, all materials are immediately available so you can clear out old foods, decide on your baseline diet, and prepare for the cleanse with clarity and ease.
