Exhale into Pasvakonasana (Side angle pose)

RETURN

Exhale back into Virabhadasana 2, Inhale into full pose and lift up…

Exhale into Virabhadasana 1, exhale, deeply bend back leg to push forward into

Tadasana  1/2 a round complete.
