Winter Asana

With the onset of cold weather I have found my classes changing dramatically.  Students have less energy to burn and need to slow down.  Winter offers us time to rest, renew and restore our immune and nervous systems.  With the use of much loved props we are doing restorative asana.  Calming and replenishing.  Inversions stimulate whilst replenshing blood flow to the head and organ.  Twists gently squeeze and flush the organs.

Welcome to some much needed down time.
